Calls received between 12 AM and 8:30 AM will be returned when the office reopens at 8:30 AM on the next business day.
The on-call provider will return your call within 30 minutes. If you haven’t received a response within that time, please call back and leave another message.
When you call, please provide the following information:
- Patient's name and age
- Your name and phone number
- A description of the problem or concern, including any symptoms and temperature if there’s a fever
- Relevant medical history (e.g., asthma, heart defect, diabetes)
After-hours calls are available for PM Kidz patients only.
